5 Minute Morning Motivation

At the start of each day, ask yourself this question:
What one skill, if i develop and do it in an excellent fashion, would have the greatest positive impact on my life?

It takes only five minutes a day to stop and ask myself , who am I, what do I want, what is my purpose, what kind of contribution do I want to make today, what kind of relationships do I want to nuture today, how am I going to use my skills and talents today? Think of my mentors and heros and heroines in history and in mythology.

Spend five minutes a day to think about this I shift my mood,. Once my mood changes, perception changes, relationships change, social interaction changes and my biology changes… Dr. Deepak Chopra
